Sincere and wholehearted gratitude to Mr. Willi Lemke, in particular, for the special donation of the first table tennis table he donated to HONECRIC in 2012 to support their work at Kijonjomi primary school after seeing the improvisations of local tables they were using back then.
One year after the successful application and a close contact via mail, phone and skype, our Field Programmes Coordinator Rowan Fajerman is currently on site visits in East Africa.
The main objective is to provide the opportunity for children and young people, especially the underprivileged and those who are at risk of offending, to realise their potential and enjoy a passion for sport. Thus, one day they can become national athletes or work in the sporting world.

On Friday 13th December, the Municipality of Alkmaar in the Netherlands acknowledged their local sports champions at Podium Victorie during the Huldiging Sportkampioenen 2019. The evening celebrates the success and achievements of local athletes, teams, adapted sports stars and clubs.
