The ERF started in 2019 behind the scenes as a pilot project, the Iran Table Tennis Federation is the first supported National Association and now it can be announced.
Nevertheless, the outbreak of Covid-19 made us reallocate this funding during 2020 to different affected local communities but we expect to have the ERF open for applications again in 2021.

More than two months after the suspension of all ITTF activities due to the Covid-19 pandemic, some countries and regions have shown a decrease in the number of infected people, and governments eased their restrictions. Therefore, ITTF has listed recommendations based on the World Health Organization’s advice to guide and assist all members of the table tennis family to return to an adapted, regular training.
