World Table Tennis Day (WTTD) 2026 is almost here! On 23 April, the global table tennis family will once again come together to celebrate the power of sport to connect, include, and inspire. As the world gathers around ONE table, we invite you to help us capture the unforgettable moments, energy, and impact of this global celebration and showcase your community to the world! Whether you're organising a community event, an inclusive session, a friendly tournament, or a creative activity, your story matters. The ITTF Foundation encourages all WTTD 2026 organisers to share their best moments with us and be part of the global story.

By submitting your footage, your best celebration photos and videos would have the chance to be featured in the official WTTD 2026 Report, on the ITTF Foundation website and social media channels, and in the official WTTD 2026 highlight video. It’s your chance to showcase your community to the world!

How to Take Part:

1. Register Your Event

Make your event part of the global movement by registering it. This ensures your celebration is officially recognised as part of World Table Tennis Day 2026. (Click here to register your event)

2. Capture the Moment

During your event, take photos and videos that reflect the spirit of your celebration. From matches and activities to smiles and shared moments, we want to see it all!

3. Share Your Content

After your event, upload your best photos and videos via the Dropbox link. Please follow the naming format below so we can easily identify your submission:

File Naming Format: COUNTRY_CITY_NAME OF ORGANISER_NAME OF EVENT

4. Submit by 23 May 2026

Make sure to upload your content by 23 May 2026 to be considered for official features.

Tips & Reminders:

  • Please avoid adding music, filters, or graphics to the files. We want the raw celebration energy!
  • Focus on authentic, vibrant moments that reflect this year’s theme of connection, inclusion, and the joy of table tennis.
