World Table Tennis Day (WTTD) 2025 is just 3 days away! The global table tennis family is coming together once again to celebrate our beloved sport on 23 April. While the world gathers around ONE table, we want you to help us capture the spirit, energy, and joy of WTTD 2025 — and be in with a chance to be seen by the world!
Whether you're hosting a vibrant community event, an inclusive tournament, or a fun activity with friends, this is your opportunity to shine. The ITTF Foundation encourages all WTTD 2025 event organisers to share their best celebration moments with us. (Click here to upload your photos and videos)
By submitting your footage, your celebration will have a chance to be featured in the official WTTD 2025 Report, on the ITTF Foundation website and social media channels, and in the official WTTD 2025 celebration video!
How to Take Part:
1. Register Your Event: To get started, click here to register your event. This step is crucial for ensuring that your event is officially recognised as part of the World Table Tennis Day celebration.
2. Capture the Moment: During your WTTD celebration, be sure to take photos and videos of your event. Whether you are hosting a friendly tournament, a coaching clinic, a fun exhibition match, or any kind of creative activity, we want to see it all!
3. Share Your Content: Once your event is over, it's time to share your photos and videos with the world. Use the provided Dropbox link (click here) to upload your files. Remember to follow the naming convention outlined below to ensure that your content is properly identified:
File Naming Format: COUNTRY_CITY_NAME OF ORGANISER_NAME OF EVENT
4. Submit by 23 May 2025: All submissions must be uploaded by 23 May 2025.

- Please avoid adding music, filters, or graphics to the files — we want the raw celebration energy!
- We’re looking for authentic, vibrant moments that reflect the theme of Diversity and Inclusion and the joy of table tennis.
